Job Overview

As a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant, you will take a role in providing residents with a top-notch living experience that ensures delight with their daily interactions with their home, and their environment across multiple communities. You are the eyes and ears of your community’s Center of Excellence, as well as the face of your resident’s support system.

Roles You Will Play

The Tour Guide

  1. Discover future residents’ needs, show them around your community’s amenity areas and model homes, and highlight all the benefits that will make them want to call your community home.
  2. Brag about your community’s unique features and benefits – and highlight what sets it apart from the competition.
  3. Create added value by anticipating needs and addressing living concerns customers haven’t even thought about yet.

The Deal Sealer

  1. Put in extra effort to make prospective residents feel so at home, they’ll never want to leave.
  2. Optimize occupancy and increase community visits by finding new ways to boost online engagement, update promos/advertising, and create new marketing strategies.
  3. Scout the competition to stay one step ahead and keep bringing in the big bucks.
  4. Communicate with such clarity and enthusiasm that customers are left with only one question: “Where do I sign?”
