Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage prospects, residents, and guests both in person and via phone
  • Schedule property viewings, conduct tours, and interview prospective residents
  • Address questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Process applications, renew leases, and prepare rental agreements
  • Inspect properties, coordinate maintenance, and ensure cleanliness standards
  • Maintain organized resident files and reports
  • Report issues to the Community Manager
  • Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
  • Support resident activities and complete additional duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Energetic with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in leasing, hospitality, retail, or related fields
  • High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred
  • Fluent in reading and writing English; basic math skills
  • Strong communication skills and professional image
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Yardi, Resman, or similar software is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
