You’ll provide exceptional customer service, execute marketing strategies, and work toward leasing and occupancy goals in a fast-paced environment. A full-time schedule including Saturdays, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or service roles.
• Proven sales skills with a track record of closing deals.
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license; able to go off-site.
• Must be available to work full-time, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects by phone and in person.
• Develop marketing strategies, social media, flyers, and resident events.
• Maintain positive attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Help achieve leasing and occupancy goals.
• Assist current residents with professional service.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, from answering phones with a smile to ensuring every resident feels valued
• Get creative! Create marketing strategies that include social media campaigns, flyers, and engaging resident events
• Maintain a positive attitude and determination to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuously strive towards reaching leasing and occupancy goals
• Assist current residents and continue to provide them with professional customer service.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, file paperwork, qualify residents, maintain an organized workspace, and more

Position Requirements

• Bubbly, outgoing personality
• Excellent customer service skills with 3+ years’ experience (including retail, hospitality, serving/bartending, etc.)
• Strong sales skills and determination to close the deal
• Ability to multitask and quickly solve problems
• Must be available to work full-time including Saturdays
• *Must possess a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation to and from work, and ability to go off-site.
