American Communities is seeking a dedicated Floating Leasing Consultant to support leasing operations across our four properties in the Houston area. You will create a welcoming experience for prospective residents and help guide them through the leasing process.

This full-time role requires travel between properties, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to stay organized while meeting occupancy goals and property-wide initiatives.

• At least one year of leasing and sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Showcase apartment homes and conduct property tours.
• Assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
• Support leasing goals, occupancy objectives, and property operations.
• Maintain accurate records and complete leasing-related administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with property teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality resident experience.
• Travel between properties as needed to provide leasing coverage and support.

As a Floating Leasing Consultant, you will help create a welcoming and positive experience for prospective residents while supporting leasing goals and daily operations across multiple communities.

Travel Requirement: Must be able and willing to travel to any of our four properties based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Showcase apartment homes and conduct property tours.

Assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process.

Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.

Support leasing goals, occupancy objectives, and property operations.

Maintain accurate records and complete leasing-related administrative tasks.
