The role supports multiple properties in the Phoenix area, requires 1–3 years in leasing or customer service, high school diploma, and strong CRM skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service (residential property management preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to speak Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents while scheduling property tours.
• Promote apartment features, community amenities, and lifestyle benefits.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Process applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Facilitate renewals, move-ins, and move-outs to ensure a seamless resident experience.
• Maintain an organized leasing pipeline using CRM and follow-up systems.
• Support resident retention efforts and execute lease renewal campaigns.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and community outreach to generate leads.
• Ensure model units and common areas are clean, tour-ready, and well-maintained.
• Assist with planning and executing resident events and promotional activities.
• Promote and uphold workplace safety in compliance with regulations and company policies.

This role will be supporting all of our properties in the area, Phoenix, Avondale, Maricopa, Casa Grande, & Glendale, depending on needs.
