Lion Real Estate Group, LLC is seeking a Floating Leasing Associate to travel among Nashville multifamily communities, delivering hands-on service and closing leases with enthusiasm. You’ll engage with future residents, tour properties, and help markets through social media outreach while earning commissions.

Ideal candidates are extroverted, sales-driven, and comfortable traveling; Spanish speakers are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be outgoing and people-oriented with a sales mindset.
• Ability to greet, tour, and close leases with energy.
• Strong social media presence and content sharing skills.
• Spanish language skills preferred; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

You'll be connecting with future residents, marketing with creativity, and helping people find their perfect home.

What You’ll Do:

• Travel to different properties and provide hands-on service support.


• Greet and tour prospective residents with energy and enthusiasm


• Lease apartments and earn commission while doing it


• Promote our properties on social media—bring your personality online


• Build relationships and connections that make people feel at home


• Get creative with marketing and outreach efforts
