JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal. Provides support to the service team members.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, ensuring all common areas and amenities are neat and litter-free.
  2. Removes trash and remaining items from vacant apartments before the make-ready process, transfers trash to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintains storage areas.
  3. Completes routine service requests as assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assists the make-ready specialist during the turn process.
  4. Changes locks according to property policy and ensures pool gates comply with safety standards.
  5. Distributes notices and communications to residents as needed.
  6. Reports hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors promptly.
  7. Demonstrates customer service skills by treating residents with respect, answering questions, and responding to maintenance complaints.
  8. Follows safety policies, attends safety meetings, completes OSHA and other safety training, and reports incidents promptly.
Required Licenses or Certifications:

Valid driver’s license to operate golf carts on the property.

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Lift and maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Travel may be required for property support, training, or meetings.
  • Work schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays on a flexible basis.

The hourly pay range is $17 - $18.

Additional Compensation

Factors influencing pay include experience, skills, and location. The role may be eligible for bonus programs based on individual and company performance.
