Description
Responsibilities include:
- Proficient in customer service, management, and food service responsibilities; hands-on in daily operations.
- Partner with FiveStar team to ensure service aligns with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely and thorough training of store team members.
- Address issues at store level for long-term resolution.
- Educate store team and follow up on policies and communications.
- Manage merchandising and inventory levels, evaluate displays, pricing, signage, and stock levels.
- Promote the FiveStar treatment: friendly atmosphere, meeting customer needs, suggestive selling.
- Maintain inventory control, equipment condition, staffing levels within labor budget, and safety guidelines.
- Oversee food operations, evaluate food quality and presentation, and ensure compliance with food service guidelines.
- Review P&L statements and implement performance improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail management experience or equivalent education.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, team player, customer-focused, honest, hardworking, with excellent attendance.
- Basic computer skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Travel to different locations as needed.
- Ability to stand, push, pull, reach, bend, squat, climb, walk, lift up to 55 lbs., work in cold environments, and handle food prep.
- Work in varying weather conditions.
