Description

Responsibilities include:

• Proficient in customer service, management, and food service responsibilities; hands-on in daily operations.
• Partner with FiveStar team to ensure service aligns with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely and thorough training of store team members.
• Address issues at store level for long-term resolution.
• Educate store team and follow up on policies and communications.
• Manage merchandising and inventory levels, evaluate displays, pricing, signage, and stock levels.
• Promote the FiveStar treatment: friendly atmosphere, meeting customer needs, suggestive selling.
• Maintain inventory control, equipment condition, staffing levels within labor budget, and safety guidelines.
• Oversee food operations, evaluate food quality and presentation, and ensure compliance with food service guidelines.
• Review P&L statements and implement performance improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience or equivalent education.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, team player, customer-focused, honest, hardworking, with excellent attendance.
• Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Travel to different locations as needed.
• Ability to stand, push, pull, reach, bend, squat, climb, walk, lift up to 55 lbs., work in cold environments, and handle food prep.
• Work in varying weather conditions.
