Job Details

Summary: Partner with the General Manager in planning, supervising, and managing food service operations, including customer service, merchandising, food safety, sanitation, and staff training.

Essential Duties
  • Proficient in Customer Service Representative responsibilities.
  • Ensure customer service standards are met.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory, food quality, and equipment maintenance.
  • Coordinate communication with General Managers regarding food service activities.
  • Oversee merchandising and promotional activities.
  • Train and supervise staff in food service tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of food service experience.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Basic Computer Skills.
  • Knowledge of food service equipment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management.
  • Team-oriented, customer-focused, honest, hardworking, with good attendance.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand, push, pull, reach, bend, squat, climb, walk, and lift up to 55 lbs.
  • Work in cold indoor environments and varying weather conditions.
