Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is seeking a flexible and energetic Family Nurse Practitioner to work across multiple Raleigh-area clinics. You will provide patient-focused care in urgent care, primary care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine, and rotate across teams to support busy clinics.

The ideal candidate holds FNP board certification (MSN or higher preferred) and demonstrates strong communication skills, EMR proficiency, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite preferred.
• Family Nurse Practitioner board certification required; MSN or higher degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-focused care across urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine.
• Perform minor surgery (toe nail removal, foreign object removal, etc.).
• Perform suturing and splinting.
• Conduct general orthopedic evaluations/management.
• Review X-rays (over-read by Radiologist).
• Manage general dermatology issues and eye problems.
• Interpret EKGs and provide emergency management.
• Provide General GYN care and treat children of all ages.
• Deliver occupational medicine services and telemedicine.
• Work across multiple clinics and lead in a fast-paced setting.
