Job summary

Hebrew SeniorLife is seeking a Floating Culinary Associate to support country kitchen and main kitchen pod/ pantry assignments. You will ensure meals follow clinical nutrition guidelines and kosher requirements, plate with proper portions, and assist on diverse campuses on a rotating basis.

You will collaborate with the Culinary & Nutrition Manager, maintain temperature logs, label and date all items, and contribute to quality improvement while mentoring junior staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow nutrition guidelines as determined by clinical staff.
• Ability to follow Kosher regulations and food handling procedures.

Responsibilities
