Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage property teams in daily operations, fostering an engaging environment
  • Establish maintenance and team schedules, ensuring accountability and performance
  • Coach and develop team members to promote an inclusive workplace
  • Manage budgets, rent collections, tenant notices, and ensure software accuracy
  • Review applications, background, and credit checks, ensuring compliance
  • Conduct administrative tasks including file audits and tax filings
  • Report escalated issues to the Asset Director and prepare client reports
  • Communicate effectively about property operations, addressing concerns proactively
  • Enforce policies related to leases and resident recertifications
  • Greet residents and applicants courteously, addressing questions and concerns
  • Inspect properties, coordinate maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Address complaints and conflicts, ensuring safety and security
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
Candidate Profile

  • Financial management skills for budgets and rent collections
  • Professional image with leadership qualities
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Minimum 2+ years in multi-family leasing management
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and computer skills
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation required
