Service Master by Gibson is hiring a Full-Time Floating Commercial Cleaner. The role involves traveling to multiple sites, performing cleaning duties, and maintaining high cleanliness standards across locations.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM–11:30 PM with some weekend overtime. Requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background checks and clearances. Company car provided during shift and benefits include overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Clean driving record is required to operate company vehicles.
• Ability to pass required clearances: PA State Police Background Check, PA Child Abuse Clearance, Fingerprinting (FBI).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Great communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Driving to multiple locations each shift (locations vary based on need).
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, windows, bathrooms, and kitchen/break area maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness standards across all assigned locations.
• Follow company procedures and safety protocols.
• Communicate with management regarding site needs or issues.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM

• DRIVING to multiple locations each shift (Locations will vary based on need)
• Sweeping

• Maintain cleanliness standards across all assigned locations
