Job summary

Service Master by Gibson is hiring a Full-Time Floating Commercial Cleaner to join our growing team. The role involves driving to multiple locations during each shift, performing sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and cleaning windows, bathrooms, and kitchens to maintain high cleanliness standards across sites.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–11:30 PM, with some weekend work and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Clean driving record required to operate company vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability are essential.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive to multiple locations each shift; locations vary based on need.
• Sweep, mop, dust, remove trash, clean windows and bathrooms.
• Maintain cleanliness standards across all assigned locations.
• Follow company procedures and safety protocols; report site needs to management.

NOW HIRING: Full-Time Floating Commercial Cleaner

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Floating Commercial Cleaner to join our growing team! This is a full-time position with consistent hours and opportunity for overtime.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM

(Some weekend work required – overtime available)

General Responsibilities Include (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

• DRIVING to multiple locations each shift (Locations will vary based on need)
• Sweeping
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Trash Removal
• Windows
• Bathrooms
• Kitchen/Break Area
• Maintain cleanliness standards across all assigned locations
• Follow company procedures and safety protocols
• Communicate with management regarding site needs or issues

Requirements:

• A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
• Clean driving record (required to operate company vehicles)
• Ability to pass required clearances:
  • PA State Police Background Check
  • PA Child Abuse Clearance
  • Fingerprinting (FBI)
• Strong attention to detail
• Great communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
