Job summary

You must be in good standing on the state registry, possess strong communication skills, read and write English, and hold BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while charting in POC system.
• Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks.
• Travel within a designated Benedictine region to provide care as required/needed.
