About the Role

Ridgeline Montessori is seeking a flexible, reliable, and caring Floating Assistant to support the smooth operation of our school community. This position serves across multiple classrooms, in physical education, and throughout campus—stepping in where needed most.

What You’ll Do
  • Support a variety of classrooms and physical education classes
  • Provide floating assistant support for classes with higher needs
  • Assist with problem-solving student needs as they arise
  • Collaborate with our mental health specialist, office staff, and administrative team
  • Step in as a substitute classroom assistant and substitute meal coordinator when needed
  • Help facilitate communication between staff, administration, and instructional spaces
What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with children of various ages
  • Familiarity with educational settings
  • Proficiency with Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Montessori education
  • Background in public service or team-based work
