Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient caregiver with flexible availability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to pass background checks.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in caregiving is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medications as permitted by state regulations.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or emotional well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Be available to cover open shifts and support different clients as needed.
• Adapt quickly to different client routines, care plans, and environments.
