Position: Homewatch CareGivers is seeking an experienced Lead Caregiver ($20-24/hour, depending on experience and availability) to work 4-5 days a week, with additional hours available on weekends. Candidates should have at least 2-5 years of experience.

Role: The Floating Caregiver will assist in covering shifts for other caregivers, including sick calls and new cases. Guaranteed hours are provided each weekend, plus overtime opportunities.

Schedule: Must be available 3-5 days/nights per week, with flexibility to choose 2-3 days off.

Responsibilities: Supporting various clients with new case starts, call-offs, and other needs.
