Learning Care Group in Concord, NC is hiring Assistant Teachers to nurture young learners in a supportive classroom. You will follow licensing guidelines, keep a clean, organized space, and engage with children daily to create a safe, fun learning environment.

You will observe, assess, and plan activities, communicate with families, and participate in ongoing training and development through our programs, including credential assistance and Master Teacher opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing guidelines and center standards.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors with children.
• Commitment to ongoing training in childcare and child development topics.
