Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers to provide high-quality daily care for children in a welcoming classroom environment. You will follow licensing guidelines and company standards while maintaining a clean, organized space that encourages learning and play.

We offer extensive training, opportunities for tuition assistance, and a supportive team as part of our Master Teacher Program. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday at our McKinney location.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Develop the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
