As the Floating Assistant Property Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action, solving residential operational needs and fostering great relationships. The Floating Assistant Property Manager should be process-oriented, passionate about customer service, detail-oriented, and a team leader. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing payables and collections with attention to quality and consistency
  • Providing excellent service to residents regarding leases, maintenance, and questions
  • Assisting with marketing efforts and community engagement
  • Collaborating with Property Managers and team members
  • Maintaining effective communication through various channels
  • Leasing and pre-leasing apartments, including tours and compliance
  • Maintaining a clean and prideful work environment
Requirements
  • Ability and desire to lead a team
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Empathy, collaboration, and solution-oriented mindset
  • At least 2 years of property management experience, with 1 year as assistant preferred
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Property management skills/experience
