Fairfield Property Management is seeking a motivated Floating Assistant Maintenance Technician. Responsibilities include restoring vacated apartments to "market ready" condition on schedule and assisting with general maintenance tasks for the property's interior and exterior upkeep.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklists.
  • Perform plumbing, electrical repairs, drywall repairs, and other maintenance tasks.
  • Install appliances and perform caulking, gutter, and hose connections.
  • Replace light bulbs and perform grounds upkeep.
  • Maintain pool and property cleanliness.
  • Report unusual circumstances and conduct inspections.
  • Manage inventory of tools and supplies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum six months of maintenance experience, preferably residential.
  • Knowledge of HVAC and pool maintenance preferred.
  • Basic electrical, plumbing, and painting skills.
  • Ability to work on-call.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
