Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• General knowledge of residential building systems including plumbing and electrical.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must provide own basic tools or be willing to obtain the required hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment make-readies on turnover schedules.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, fixtures).
• Inspect vacated units and report larger maintenance issues.
• Maintain inventory and notify supervisor of needs.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
