Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, Social Work, Education, Workforce Development, Business, or related field or 2+ years in related work.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and active listening skills for diverse participants and partners.
• Ability to assess needs, provide guidance and develop solutions to remove barriers.
• Ability to work independently managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to build positive relationships with participants, employers and partners.
• Strong organizational, time management and documentation skills with attention to compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data tracking systems for reporting and communications.
• Ability to learn program regulations and funding requirements across programs.
• Adaptability to work in diverse environments and changing needs.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen; valid driver’s license and insurance for travel.

Responsibilities

• Review participant records, determine eligibility, assess needs, and develop service strategies.
• Provide comprehensive case management, workforce readiness, employer engagement, and participant support.
• Maintain continuity of services across program areas and sites.
• Oversee workforce development programs and wraparound services to improve outcomes.
• Build relationships with employers, educational institutions, and community partners.
• Conduct outreach to increase enrollment, retention, and outcomes.
• Deliver follow-up services in compliance with funding and performance standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation, data entry, and reporting in designated systems.
• Communicate effectively with participants, colleagues, employers, and partners.
• Maintain knowledge of funding streams, eligibility and performance standards across programs.
