Job summary

Forte Bank in West Bend, WI seeks a Full-Time Universal Banker - Floater to support customers across West Bend and other locations, including Slinger, Richfield and Hartford. The role emphasizes relationship-building, service excellence, and helping clients find financial solutions.

The position requires flexibility for a Monday–Friday schedule and every other Saturday, with on-going training and opportunities to grow within a community-focused bank.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Cash handling experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, email, internet and keyboarding.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
• Dependable with strong attendance and scheduling flexibility.
