The Learning Experience Lakewood Ranch in Florida is seeking a dedicated Floater Teacher to create a safe, nurturing learning space where children learn through play. You will build strong relationships with families and colleagues, fostering a supportive classroom culture that blends instruction with fun activities.

Responsibilities include communicating with parents via apps and discussions, maintaining engaging daily routines, and supporting other teachers in a vibrant Early Childhood

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional teaching experience preferred or 1–3 years required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred or High school diploma/GED required.
• 45 Florida required early childhood hours.
• Passion for education and care of children.
• Genuine desire to work in child care.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children's adventures and achievements through apps and discussions.
