Qualifications

• EEC certification preferred or willing to become certified soon after hire.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted to meet minimum criteria.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can play, learn, and take risks.
• Co-create a collaborative, dynamic classroom culture with Directors and peers.
• Partner with leadership and other departments to support organizational goals and model values.
• Communicate with families to ensure high-quality care and education for children.
• Complete observation and document assessments of children's progress.
• Adhere to all EEC regulations and guidelines.
