Securitas Global Clients America is seeking a Floater Security Officer for part-time coverage in Willcox, AZ. You will monitor premises, manage access control, patrol multiple sites, and enforce client site regulations to keep people and property safe.

Responsibilities include de-escalation, reporting safety issues, performing post orders, providing customer service, and using security technology during shifts.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Must be able to stand / walk for extended periods of time.
• Must have a clear MVR and a valid Arizona Drivers License.
• Open availability preferred.
• Valid Arizona Unarmed Guard Card preferred, but not required.

Floater Security Officer - Part Time

Primary Location: Willcox, AZ

Wage: $16.25/HR

TheFloater Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
