Securitas USA in Austin, MN is seeking a Floater Security on the 2nd shift. The role involves monitoring premises, access control, patrolling multiple sites, and ensuring safety while enforcing client regulations.

You will deliver customer service to client employees and guests, report hazards, conduct post orders, and use security tech during shifts. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, paid time off, and daily pay options.

Qualificações

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Safe driving certification.

• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Floater Security - Full Time

Primary Location: Austin, MN
Wage: $18.94/HR

2nd Shift
