Job Description:

The Rendering Operator assists in rendering processes, requiring attention to detail, quick learning, and a commitment to safety and quality. You will work under experienced personnel to support efficient production of high-quality rendered products.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate rendering equipment such as grinders, cookers, presses, centrifuges, under supervision.
2. Load raw materials according to schedules and specifications.
3. Monitor equipment and processes, report issues.
4. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
5. Assist in troubleshooting and minor repairs.
6. Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and regulations.
7. Participate in training and development.
8. Conduct quality checks on products.
9. Record data accurately in logs and systems.
10. Collaborate with team members and supervisors.
11. Follow instructions and safety protocols precisely.
12. Maintain good communication skills.
13. Work effectively in a team, supporting operational goals.
14. Work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
15. Perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting, and repetitive motions.
