Responsibilities

• Earn and maintain certification on all department operations within one year.
• Cover operations from Packager to Setup Operator as needed.
• May cover high graded jobs as required.
• Follow safety and quality policies and company rules.
• Shift between different job types as workloads change.
• Complete required paperwork for each job promptly.
• Prioritize activities using sound business judgment.
• Cover absences as requested/assigned.
• Certified in and perform SAP/OEE transactions.
• Perform inspections and file paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with team members to sustain productivity.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance.
