As a Floater Teacher, you will provide adaptable, classroom-to-classroom support across multiple age groups, stepping in seamlessly to deliver developmentally appropriate activities that nurture children's intellectual, physical, emotional, and social growth. Working alongside senior educators across different rooms, you will support smooth transitions into structured routines and early learning from infancy through school age using our curriculum. Your daily responsibilities include stepping in for hand-on care routines - such as feeding, diapering/changing, and nap supervision - wherever help is needed most. You will also maintain active, consistent communication with families and colleagues across rooms through our Classroom Management system.

Requirements
