Job summary

Joyoflearningcenter in Nashville, TN is seeking dedicated teachers to join our team and inspire children through a play-based curriculum. We offer full-time positions Monday–Friday with in-house training and tuition discounts for employees' children.

The Floater Teacher role includes planning age-appropriate activities, maintaining a safe and engaging classroom, and communicating with parents using our Classroom Management system.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Previous teaching experience in early childhood education preferred.
• Knowledge of childcare licensing requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare children for kindergarten using the center’s curriculum.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older

Competitive Pay ($15.00–$16.00 per hour based on region, education, and experience)
