Catherine Hershey Schools for Early Learning is seeking a Floater Lead Teacher to support Infant Toddler and Preschool classrooms, covering breaks and assisting in curriculum implementation.

The role requires an Associate’s in ECE/Child Development, 3+ years of experience, and strong communication with families. You will adapt to various classrooms and lead with professional guidance from the Assistant Director.

Formación

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or similar.
• List C PA ECE Career Pathway certification preferred.
• 3+ years in a similar role in early childhood.
• Knowledge of NAEYC standards preferred.
• Familiar with PBIS and inquiry-based/project learning.
• Experience with low-income families preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; willing to learn new tools.
• Strong communication with families and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Cover breaks and support Infant Toddler and Preschool classrooms.
• Assist in implementing curriculum and lesson plans.
• Support assessments and progress tracking for children.
• Collaborate with Lead/Associate teachers on planning.
• Maintain a safe, clean classroom and keep materials ready.
• Engage with children’s social, emotional, and language development.
• Provide feedback to staff and participate in meetings.
• Model professionalism and confidentiality.
