The Learning Experience - Centereach is seeking a dedicated Floater to support classrooms and implement the LEAP Curriculum for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. You will help create inviting spaces for learning and play, while building strong relationships with families and staff.

Ideal candidates bring a compassionate attitude and growth mindset, with a HS diploma or GED and relevant ECE coursework. This role offers steady on-site hours in Centereach, NY, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• ECE coursework preferred.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and learn from the teachers in your classroom to create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children according to each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through various channels.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership to reach enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment.
