This position is responsible for the overall operation of all department machines and supplying good , quality product with the ability to meet deadlines in a safe manner . Additional responsibilities will include: training and general direction to the Assistants, assistance with creating SOP and other production related documentation, inventory data-entry and cross‑training into other job functions as needed . This position requires routine attendance to departmental, production, safety and Company meetings.
Manufacturing Environment: This position may operate in a manufacturing setting with conditions of high-pressure air/steam/gas, hazardous gas/chemical fumes, extreme heat and temperature variations, loud noise, exposure to dangerous machinery, dirty work environment and/or exposure to dust (pigment). The position is required to wear PPE including, but not limited to safety glasses, steel toe/composite boots and earplugs.
