Job summary

RamClean is seeking an experienced Lead Cleaner / Floater to support our Operations Team throughout the Columbus and surrounding areas. As a Lead Cleaner / Floater, you will play a critical role in supporting existing customer accounts, assisting with new account startups, and providing coverage when team members

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 3 years of commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience.
• Experience with floor care: stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet cleaning.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and occasional weekends.
• Availability to work up to 50 hours per week when needed.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between job sites.
• Employment is contingent upon successful background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning support at commercial facilities throughout the Columbus area.
• Fill in for team members during vacations, absences, and staffing shortages.
• Assist with onboarding and servicing new customer accounts.
• Perform routine and specialty commercial cleaning tasks.
• Communicate effectively with Operations Management and field staff.
• Help maintain RamClean's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Location: Columbus, Ohio and surrounding areas

Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional weekend work

Hours: Flexible schedule; overtime available

Pay: $21-$23/hr and $150 biweekly gas allowance

What You’ll Do

• Provide cleaning support at commercial facilities throughout the Columbus area, including: Downtown Columbus, Dublin, Polaris, West Jefferson, Reynoldsburg, Gahanna, and other areas surrounding Columbus.
• Fill in for team members during vacations, absences, and staffing shortages
• Assist with onboarding and servicing new customer accounts
• Perform routine and specialty commercial cleaning tasks
• Communicate effectively with Operations Management and field staff
• Help maintain RamClean's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction

Travel Requirements

This position requires daily travel to various customer locations. Candidates must have:

• A reliable vehicle
• A valid driver's license
• A good driving record
• Willingness to travel throughout the Columbus area

You will receive a $150 biweekly gas allowance.

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred.
• 3 years of commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience
• Experience with floor care, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and occasional weekends
• Availability to work up to 50 hours per week when needed
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
• Ability to communicate professionally with management and fellow team members
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between job sites
