About Us

Greenline Apartment Management owns and manages apartment communities in TX and OK. We aim to provide high-quality, efficiently run housing, offering competitive salaries, benefits, job training, and team-building events. Join a team that works closely with upper management & ownership, with opportunities to work across properties in Houston and Pasadena, TX.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Follow leasing, marketing, management, operations, maintenance, and emergency procedures as outlined in our manuals.
  • Answer inquiries via phone and in person, conduct tours, and lease apartments.
  • Manage the leasing process from introduction to occupancy, including paperwork and move-in preparations.
  • Respond to resident requests and resolve issues, maintaining thorough knowledge of the community and local market.
  • Participate in resident events and report to the Assistant Community Manager when necessary.
  • Work overtime as needed to meet customer service standards.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of leasing or sales experience, preferably in apartments or customer service industries.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with effective communication skills.
  • Ability to apply sales techniques and perform mathematical calculations related to rents and deposits.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred: NALP certification and Fair Housing training.
