Park National Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Teller to serve customers across branches in the Mansfield area. This full-time, hourly role requires delivering prompt, friendly service, accurate transaction processing, and adherence to bank procedures.
You will expand product knowledge, refer customers to specialists, and participate in ongoing training to maintain broad sales and service capabilities while ensuring security and compliance standards.

0-2 years prior cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred
This position must be able to remain in a stationary standing position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant verbal communication with customers and coworkers to discuss and observe account information in order to exchange accurate information. Must be able to bend and lift up to 25 pounds on a daily basis; raise arms up to 90 degrees; and have dexterity in hands to find count currency.
The expectation for this role is to travel between branches in the North Region for coverage as needed. Operating and potential working hours in this region are Monday through Friday 9:00am-6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm. The average number of Saturdays each month is 2-3. Additional weekends may be required. The home office for this position will be the Mansfield Marion Avenue Office. Expected locations to float to are: all Mansfield offices, Ontario, Bellville, Shelby, Lexington, and Galion. This position is hourly and full-time. A minimum of 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status. Generally, this position will require 37.5 - 40 hours per week.
