Reports to: Branch Administration
Travel: Must be available to travel to all locations as needed, including Bloomfield, Enfield, Granby, West Hartford in Connecticut.

Position Summary

Provides prompt and professional service to new and existing customers by handling day-to-day transactions such as deposits and withdrawals, and assisting with customer inquiries. The teller will float between Westfield Bank locations.

Essential Functions

• Adheres to established Westfield Bank customer service standards.
• Provides information regarding bank products to retail and commercial customers.
• Performs teller transactions independently and maintains the security of the cash drawer.
• Meets referral goals by promoting bank products and services.
• Assists in resolving customer issues and may help with ATM balancing and safe deposit services.
• Completes BSA, AML, and other regulatory and continuing education requirements.
• Adheres to all bank and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Assumes additional responsibilities as requested.

Qualifications
