Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of cash handling, POS experience, or banking exposure.
• Excellent customer-service skills, including written and spoken communication.
• Ability to contribute to a positive team environment and achieve goals.
• Careful attention to detail and adherence to bank procedures.
• Strong work ethic and high integrity.
• Strong computer and 10-key skills.
• Outgoing, assertive, confident, and enthusiastic personality.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and facilitate a welcoming, customer-focused environment.
• Build and maintain relationships to identify banking products and services.
• Build customer loyalty by developing relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately; maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow controls.
• Respond to inquiries by researching and offering positive solutions.
• As a float Teller, be flexible to drive to different banking centers within the region.
