A leading financial institution is seeking individuals for customer service roles in Union City. Responsibilities include processing transactions, assisting customers, and maintaining compliance. Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation, while ensuring a professional and organized branch environment.
SUMMARY
Performs a variety of duties to provide customer service by explaining and processing investments and other financial services, and maintaining accurate records. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

High school diploma or GED; 1-3 weeks of training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong interpersonal and empathetic listening skills, with a genuine desire to assist customers and protect the bank's interests. Ability to work beyond normal duties and provide excellent customer service.
Regularly required to stand, use hands, reach, talk, and hear. Frequently sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Occasionally walk, climb, or balance. Must occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities include close vision and focus adjustment.
