Job summary

New Horizon Academy in Mankato, MN is seeking a passionate Float Teacher to join our team. You will support early childhood education across classrooms, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a wage range of $18.00–$22.75 per hour based on DOQ.

We value a team-centered mindset, flexibility, and a commitment to growth. Prior childcare experience is preferred but not required, and CDA or 16 qualifying credits meet MN Rule 3 qualifications.
