American Security & Investigations is seeking experienced Float Officers for full-time and part-time roles in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area. Responsibilities include patrolling sites, reporting hazards, securing access points, enforcing rules, and responding to alarms.

Candidates must be 18+, fluent in English, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and pass drug and background checks. Previous security experience is required.

Experienced Float Officer at American Security & Investigations

Shift: Full-time and Part-time Float positions available, schedules will vary, generally 24 - 40 hours per week

Hourly Rate: $19.50-$22.50

Location: Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN

Requirements

• You must be 18 years old
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English
• You must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required
• Be able to meet physical requirements including walking and patrolling, climbing stairs, and performing CPR
• You must have previous security experience
• Level 2 positions require candidates to be able to perform defensive maneuvers and restraints which can be physically demanding for individuals.
