Job summary

American Security & Investigations is hiring an Experienced Security Officer in Inver Grove Heights, MN. You will patrol facilities, respond to alarms, and enforce site rules. This role requires professionalism, reliability, and readiness to work varied shifts.

Experienced Security Officer at American Security & Investigations

Hourly Rate: $23.03–$23.21

Location:Inver Grove Heights, MN (Flint Hills Refinery)

Shift:Multiple shifts available. See below.

• Sunday – Tuesday 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM; Wednesday 7:00 PM – 1:00 AM (42 hours per week)
• Communications Officer: Wednesday 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Thursday – Saturday 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM (42 hours per week)
• Wednesday 6:30 PM – 12:30 AM, Thursday – Saturday 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM (42 hours per week)
• Float positions would be expected to work any open shifts, day or night and would be trained at multiple posts.

Requirements:

• You ++must++be 21 years old
• For this position, you ++must++ have a valid license and clean driving record
• For safety reasons, you ++must++be able to speak English
