Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license
• Minimum 2 years of LTC nursing home experience
• Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of home

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units
• Plan, oversee, and take accountability for resident care
• Collaborate with facilities within the ASC network to ensure consistent care quality
