American Senior Communities in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a Float Registered Nurse (RN) to support the Clinical Resource Group Float Pool. Work across ASC facilities within a 50-mile radius, with a stable company and month-to-month schedule.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of LTC nursing home experience.
• Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of home.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units.
• Plan, oversee, and take accountability for resident care.
• Deliver care across multiple ASC facilities within the local area.
• Utilize Telehealth services as needed to support care delivery.
• Participate in quality care initiatives and patient/family communication.
