Job summary

Sutter Eden Medical Center in Castro Valley (part of Sutter Health) is hiring an RN for Med/Tele in an acute care setting. You will provide direct patient care, educate patients and families, and coordinate care transitions across multiple facilities including Eden Medical Center, Alta Bates, Delta Medical Center, and Sutter Solano.

Evening/night shifts, full-time, 36 hours weekly. Required: RN license, BLS, ACLS; 2+ years Med/Tele experience; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• BSN Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Deliver direct patient care and family education.
• Coordinate transitions of care and collaborate with physicians and other staff.
• Maintain HIPAA/privacy and adhere to policies and regulations.
