You will provide compassionate resident care, planning and overseeing care and making a difference in residents lives daily.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN or LPN license with 2+ years LTC experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to ASC's CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence).
• Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius.
