Job summary

The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center - James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute’s (OSUCCC-James) Staff Nurse (RN) Float supports Interventional Radiology in Oncology. The role requires coordination of care across teams, providing direct patient care, and guiding others on the unit.

Applicants should have an accredited nursing degree and Ohio licensure, with prior experience in a related care setting preferred. Regular 40-hour shifts and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• CCNE or ACEN accredited nursing program required.
• Current Ohio license or interim permit.
• Experience in relevant care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide patient and family care as part of the care team.
• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, delegate and evaluate nursing care.
• Supervise nursing care provided by other team members.
